WHAT WE DO
Bond & Company looks to work with companies on an Exclusive Contingent basis. We strive to offer most of the service and all of the quality provided by a traditional retained firm on a more cost effective basis in a much shorter time frame. We can and have completed middle to upper level searches in 6 weeks or less. There are times when we will look for an engagement fee or seek a retainer if the position is highly specialized or at a high salary level.

Our business is to ensure a company achieves its vision through top-level candidates who will not only make a significant contribution to an organization, but will grow with it. The majority of the individuals we have placed are still with that firm after 5 years, but virtually all have been promoted at least once since they were hired.

WHO WE SERVE
We have done work for companies with sales as low as $20 million and as high as $50 billion. We look for client organizations where finance is a proactive function partnering with operating management not just fulfilling the Reporting and Compliance requirements. We are much more effective when we have access to the hiring manager(s) and get fair and honest feedback (good, bad, or indifferent) as it helps us refine the recruiting parameters.

We are particularly excited about working with companies that have a strong track record of growth as it helps us sell our candidates who are most often passive job seekers. Virtually of our clients are looking to foster "Best Practices" and/or "Process Improvement". We will not work with or represent candidates who we feel do NOT espouse these principles. For us to work with a candidate, he (or she) has to be able to cite concrete examples of quantified accomplishments.

OUR EXPERTISE
We specialize in finance! We work selectively on Accounting positions (prefer not to do junior slots or positions like Internal Audit). We have had good success finding high caliber, results oriented individuals to solve particular problems in support areas like Payroll, Customer Service, and Marketing Services.

Over the years we have established a mini-specialty in treasury, having filled over forty positions in this specialized area. We can find top rated treasury people expeditiously in almost any geographical area.

OUR CANDIDATES
Our candidates are generally younger-between ages of 25 and 40-and well-educated, with many holding top school MBAs. We also specialize in diversity, with a good percentage of recent placements foreign born, female and/or minority candidates.

Most of the individuals Bond & Co. has placed are still with the same organization after five years, and have been promoted at least once. Most of the positions we fill have base salaries starting in or near six figures ranging up to just less than $200,000.

In addition, the majority of our candidates are renters, with limited relocation costs and complications, enabling our clients to take advantage of a higher caliber of candidate than those living and working within our clients' immediate geographical area.

OUR TEAM
Richard R. Bond
